MIDDLETOWN LOCATION

In all of our clinics, the professional staff regularly utilizes specific manual techniques to address tightness or lack of movement in muscles and joints.  These techniques are invaluable but are never effective if neuromuscular re-education is not incorporated into the program with specific exercises and instruction.  We find the combination of manual techniques and patient-focused exercises provides the best results, getting you better faster and keeping you healthy and moving normally.

In addition to standard equipment, the clinical staff incorporates exercise tools such as the Sportcord, Flexbar, Bodyblade and foam rollers to challenge the body and help you maximize your functional level.
