Dr. Brad Eyler

Meet Dr. Brad

Brad graduated from McDaniel College in 2009 with a Bachelors Degree in Exercise Science and Physical Education.  He then attended the Physical Therapy program at the University Of Maryland School Of Medicine, graduating with his Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2013.  During this time he also became qualified as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association.

Following graduation, Brad moved to Bel Air, MD where he worked for two years in the outpatient orthopedic setting, treating a wide array of musculoskeletal and neuromuscular conditions.  During this time he also worked closely with the Harford Community College Athletics Department, treating all student athletes, but taking a special interest in the thrower’s shoulder.

Brad has taken continuing education courses on the management of Cervical and Thoracic conditions, The McKenzie Method of Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy of the Lumbar Spine, The Selective Functional Movement Assessment, and the Management of Nerve and Tendon Pain in the Upper Extremity

Brad joined the Frederick Sport and Spine team when he and his wife moved back to Middletown in June, 2015 to be closer to family.  He is excited to work with patients of all backgrounds and hopes to make the physical therapy process as beneficial and educational as possible for his patients, all while having a little bit of fun!

In his free time Brad enjoys staying active and spending time with his family.  He played for the McDaniel baseball team while in college, and continues to play as a member of the Baltimore Bobcats in the MMSPBL.  He is also an avid runner and enjoys participating in half marathons and Tough Mudder competitions.
