MIDDLETOWN LOCATION

In all of our clinics, the professional staff regularly utilizes specific manual techniques to address tightness or lack of movement in muscles and joints.  These techniques are invaluable but are never effective if neuromuscular re-education is not incorporated into the program with specific exercises and instruction.  We find the combination of manual techniques and patient-focused exercises provides the best results, getting you better faster and keeping you healthy and moving normally.

We love being in the Middletown Valley and serving the people there.  Our Middletown clinic is outfitted with all the equipment needed to improve performance by increasing strength, flexibility and endurance. Our recent expansion has opened up space in our previously tight quarters and made it more efficient to treat athletes and train patient with movement difficulties. We also added a Total Gym “Power Tower” to improve our ability to train patients without overloading joints.

The exercise area includes:

  • Treadmill which starts at 0.5 mph
  • Trampoline designed for neuromuscular reeducation for upper and lower extremity injuries
  • Upper Body Ergometer (UBE)
  • Upright and recumbent bicycles
  • “Impulse” iso-kinetic trainer
  • TRX

In addition to standard equipment, the clinical staff incorporates exercise tools such as the Sportcord, Flexbar, Bodyblade and foam rollers to challenge the body and help you maximize your functional level.
